Gear Unit ZB(R) horizontal and bottom agitators are compact and efficient equipment in offering a low energy consumption in homogenization processes with low viscosity products, distillation, normalization, fermentation, or dispersion in big-volume storage tanks, in which is not allowed a vertical agitator or isn’t necessary.
Designed for an easy and quick assembly sealed by simple cartridge mechanical seals, this side entry equipment offers the option of integrating a full tank disassembly system, that facilitates maintenance tasks without the need to empty the tank or stopping production.
